The grapes are looking really purple, and tasting kinda sweet, so figured we better measure the sugar content.We're right around 18.5 Brix, and we'll probably harvest around 25 Brix or so.
Being new to this I don't know how long it takes for grapes to develop 6.5 Brix. If nothing else, time will tell us soon enough!
