Bud Burst in NorCal

I noticed this week that buds started bursting!

Here's one in row 2 - which is one of the scrawnier rows towards the bottom of the vineyard.

None of the other rows are showing anything - buds aren't even swollen on rows 4 & up. I'll keep an eye on it!
